The Jazz Kitchen is proud to present the very best in local, regional and national jazz talent in an comfortable, intimate setting. We feature a wide variety of jazz entertainment six nights a week. (sometimes seven)

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO ENTER THE JAZZ KITCHEN!!

NIGHTLY SHOWS are generally local or non-ticketed regional acts.
• Tickets are
NOT sold in advance but we do accept dinner reservations as long as everyone
in your party is eating dinner and can arrive at least one hour prior to showtime.

Until late in 2003, Avishai was a member of the Chick Corea New Trio and accompanist to other jazz note-worthies, including Bobby McFerrin, Roy Hargrove, Herbie Hancock, Nnenna Freelon, Claudia Acuña, Paquito D’Rivera and many others. Avishai has become a first call musician in multiple genres. In 2003 he made a studio recording with pop-soul artist Alicia Keys, and has also performed concert works with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and The Boston Pops Symphony.

A finalist in the prestigious Thelonious Monk International Jazz Vocal Competition, a regular on the Chicago jazz scene, and considered to be Indiana's top jazz baritone vocalist, Everett Greene has a voice and style that epitomizes "smooth." Taking a page from the early days of Jazz Fusion, Code Violation plays music from Weather Report, Tribal Tech, Billy Cobham, Soulive, Christian McBride Band, Monk, and Wayne Shorter, just to name a few. They also have originals to add to the fusion mix. Code V consists of Jim Litchfield on bass, Greg Leistikow on keyboard and Chapman Stick and Sam McCune on the drums.
